| Message | I love you so much; I saw you as Violetta, in Verona's Arena few years ago: you drived me crazy. Your voice is perfect to me, I'm so anxious to listen your Butterfly and I'm sure you'll make me cry. Your Leonora, in Trovatore, is the best of our times; Thank you for your singing, and thank you at all. Faithfully :-) Andrea |

| Message | Angela Gheorghiu, I have been a fan of yours since the very first recording I listened with your voice, Chérubin's Aubade. And now I have all your recordings, including most of the live ones. You have the most "paradoxical" lyric voice of our days, and I mean it positively: it's so lyrical, delicate and vulnerable, but also darkish, voluptuous and rich. All the best adjectives in one voice, but what I liked the most is the ability you have to use the colours and overtones of your voice, just like a painter. The phrasing is always surprising and expressive. You're a real artist. By the way, as any real fan, I have been imagining your voice in some roles, and let me ask you: do you plan singing Manon, Thaïs, Desdemona, Alice Ford or Leonora in La Forza? I think these roles, in appropriate opera houses, would be just perfect for your voice. |
